MEMBER PROFILE 4 (NURUL HAFIZAH JAMALLUDIN)

      My name is Nurul Hafizah binti Jamalludin.  I was born on 22th February 1992 in Hospital Mentakab, Pahang.  Now, I live in Kuala Kangsar Perak.  I started my secondary school at SMK Raja Perempuan Kelsom at the year of 2005 - 2009 The school are located at Kuala Kangsar, Perak. In this school, all students are girl.

      After fnisining my secondary school, I have got an offer from UITM doing studies in Diploma in Office Management and Technology (OM114). I have further my study in Alor Star for 3 years. After completing the diploma, I worked as a clerk in a water filter company for 3 months. Many bitter and sweet experiences have I gained. Not long after that, I have got an offer from UITM to continue their studies to degree level in the field of records management. 

      When I got the offer, I was not even anything about this area.  Faculty of Management is located in Puncak Perdana Campus, Section U10 Shah Alam. Under the existing campus Puncak Perdana two more faculty.  which is Diploma in Technology Creative & Artistic and one more, Diploma in Accountancy (Fast Track) .. Distance between colleges with faculty building is very close to just walking about 2.3 minutes.  In the past, the faculty is known as Schools of Libraries. Then, its change to Faculty of Information. And so on up to today, this faculty was named Faculty Information Management Information Management Faculty has 4 program which is IM244 (Library), IM245 (System Management), IM246 (Records Management) n IM247 (Resources Center).

      For my program, Records management gave me a lot of new knowledge that are useful and very interesting.  This program give me more knowledge about the archive, classification, audio visual, how to do oral history and other. The lecturers are also very supportive and willing to help students who are in needs. I am currently in Semester 6 which I am nearly finish my study. I am going to miss this place and my beloved lecturers and friends.
